Eligibility Criteria
- Minors resident in Sri Lanka between the ages of 13 to 18 years of age
- Sri Lankan citizen employed abroad, resident outside Sri Lanka (Excluding emigrants)

- Daily transaction limits:
- POS: LKR 20,000
- ATM Withdrawals: LKR 20,000
- Debit card issuance requires parent/guardian consent.
- NEOS Mobile Banking for Minor
- Daily transaction limits:
- General Transactions: LKR 20,000
- Bill Payments: LKR 20,000
- Online Payments: LKR 20,000
- E-Statement and SMS Alerts to guardian (all transaction alerts sent to parent/guardian’s registered mobile number)
- Digital Transaction Enablement to Minor
- Digital transactions by the minor are subject to parent/guardian consent, with T&Cs co-signed.
- Access is provided only via the mobile number registered by the parent/guardian.
Terms and Conditions
- SMS Alert and e-Statement have to be mandatorily included for the parent/guardian.
