1. Sender visits any Western Union location / Agent in the domicile country and completes a “Send Money Form” and handover the money to be remitted along with his / her Identity card (only if required) to the sending agent.
2. 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) will be handed over to the sender which needs to be communicated to the beneficiary.
3. Beneficiary can visit any of our Western Union location and handover the MTCN number, and the Identity card to collect the cash
