To register via the NEOS app, download the NEOS App from your respective app store. To register via NEOS Online, visit https://www.neosonline.ndbbank.com/.

You can register using your NDB Bank account/credit card/debit card details. Registering on the mobile app will also enable access on the online platform, and vice versa.

You can also register using your other bank account via JustPay. Please note that JustPay registration can only be done using the mobile app. Ensure you are connected to mobile data from the mobile number registered with your bank.

Yes. You can register for NEOS using another bank account via JustPay, as mentioned above.

The NEOS app is available for both Android (Android 6 and above) and iOS (iOS 12 and above) smartphones. Online banking is available on desktop via a standard web browser.

You should immediately call the Call Center to lock your NEOS login. The NDB NEOS Mobile Banking app does not store your password or transaction details on your phone. Therefore, there is no risk of unauthorized access even if your device is stolen.

Please call our Call Center. They will verify your debit card and credit card details and unlock your profile.

Yes, you can use NEOS in other countries.

Update your mobile number by visiting a branch or by calling our customer support service for guidance on the verification process.

You can contact the Call Center on 011 7 448 888 and request to deactivate your profile.

Receipt of SMS messages will not interfere with your transactions. If you receive a call, you can complete the call and continue your transaction. However, login sessions will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity. If your call lasts longer than this, you will need to log in again and restart the transaction.
