Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement: 55 years and above
- Residency: Must be a resident of Sri Lanka
- Sri Lankan citizen employed abroad, resident outside Sri Lanka (Excluding emigrants)
- Other Requirement: Citizens receiving a monthly pension payment from the Department of Pensions Sri Lanka
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit required to open the account is Rs. 2,500. (Automatically a debit block for LKR 200 will be placed)
Joined Accounts: Permitted with another eligible individual
