Promotion Period
The promotion will run from 1st October 2025 to 15th December 2025.
Eligibility
Open to children aged 15 years and below.
Applicable to the following NDB minor account types:
- Shilpa Savings Accounts
- PRVJ Minor Accounts
- Islamic Banking Minor Accounts
- PFCA Minor Savings Accounts
- Both existing and new account holders are eligible.
- The Neos Pixel Account is not eligible for this promotion.
- A minimum deposit of LKR 50,000 or more qualifies the child for a Santa gift.
- Eligible deposit tiers: LKR 50,000 / LKR 100,000 / LKR 500,000 / LKR 1,000,000
- Deposits of LKR 100,000 or more will be considered in multiples of LKR 50,000 for gift eligibility.
How to Participate
- Make a qualifying deposit at any NDB branch to one of the eligible minor accounts.
- Complete a “Wish List” form at the branch after making the deposit.
- Gifts will be delivered to eligible children in December via:
- Santa visits (organized by the branch, depending on region and availability), or
- Branch pickup, where parents/guardians will be asked to collect the gift on behalf of the child.
Gift Delivery
- Gift deliveries will begin in the first week of December 2025.
- Deliveries within Colombo and Greater Colombo will be handled by NDB’s central Marketing team.
- Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to logistical constraints.
- Parents/guardians may be contacted by the branch to arrange gift pickup where necessary.
- Please note: Requests for specific delivery dates will not be accommodated.
Important Notes
- The LKR 6,500 lump sum gift is not applicable for deposits made during the Santa Promotion period.
- Only deposits made within the promotion period are eligible.
- Gifts are subject to availability and must be requested via official channels before 20th December 2025. Late requests will not be accepted.
General Conditions
- NDB reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of NDB shall be final.
