The Real Saver Account gives you the chance to become a “Real Saver” by giving you a chance to save for a rainy day while still giving you the flexibility to withdraw money when you need it for emergencies, it gives you with bonus interest if the withdrawals are limited only to one per month.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement: 18 years and above.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Sri Lanka.
- Special Condition: Sri Lankan citizen employed abroad, resident outside Sri Lanka (excluding emigrants).
Initial Deposit
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit required to open the account is Rs. 10,000.
Product Features
- Monthly Pledge: A monthly pledge amount should be credited to RSA on a monthly basis in order to earn the bonus interest. Minimum monthly pledge is Rs. 1,000.
- Bonus Interest Eligibility: Only one withdrawal is permitted per month to be eligible for bonus interest.
