01. What is NDB Neos Corporate?

-NDB Neos Corporate is the Online Payment, Cash Management and Trade Module offered by National Development Bank PLC.

02. What are the Features offered by NDB Neos Corporate?

- Using NDB Neos Corporate you will be able to monitor your banking activities and effect payments to Domestic & Foreign entities. The platform allows you to make Single & Bulk Payments. Using the Salary Payment Module you could effect payments, maintaining beneficiaries’ privacy. The Request module allows you to Request & Track Cheque Book Issuance and View Cheque status.

03. Can we use Neos Corporate for Electronic Cheque Printing?

-Yes. You can make your payments through Cheques via Neos Corporate.

04. What can I do if I have forgotten my password?

-You can use the Forgot Password option in the login screen to reset your password

05. Can we link all our companies to the same User ID?

-Yes. NDB Neos Corporate is designed to serve Group of companies as well

06. If we need assistance with Neos Corporate platform, can we obtain 24 hour support?

-Yes, there is a dedicated Client Services unit to assist you from 08.30AM 05.00PM on working days. After office hours and during holidays, you may contact our Call Center for assistance.

07. Can we cancel a transaction that was authorized in NEOs-Corporate?

-No. Once fully authorized Transactions cannot be cancelled once authorized in NEOs-Corporate; but get in touch with the Client Services Unit for assistance / guidance.

08. What is the Standard Password Policy for Neos Corporate?

-Minimum character length is 8 characters. It should include an Alpha, Numeric & Special characters. At least one upper character should be available for the password (Ex: AAbank1*)

09. Can we Generate MT940 Statements for Account Reconciliation?

-Yes. You can download MT940 Statements from Neos Corporate.

10. Can we process transactions with insufficient funds?

-Based on your account type the transactions can be processed. If the debit account is a Savings account, you will not be allowed to initiate the transactions. However if you initiate a transaction from a Current account, the transaction will be sent to the bank. Same will be processed based on the availability of funds and/or the credit limits.

11. Can we Maintain Confidentiality when Processing Salary Payments?

-Yes, Neos Corporate facilitates this through the Salary Masking feature. There are 3 methods that can be used to mask salary transactions. Omitting Amount or Name, Omitting both Amount & Name as per your requirement. Once done, the users will not be able to see the said fields while processing transactions. Contact the Client Services team for assistance/guidance.

12. What are the Products available under Trade Module?

-You will be able to initiate requests for below Trade facilities (Import, Exports & Guarantees) via Neos Corporate Platform. I. Letter of Credits/ LC Amendments. II. Shipping Guarantees / Advance Documents. III. Bank Guarantees (Bid Bonds/Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Guarantees, Retention Bonds and Counter Guarantees).

13. Can we check Exchange Rates through Neos Corporate Platform?

-Yes. This is facilitated with Rate inquiry option in the home screen - on the top right hand side.

14. What is a Hard Token?

-Hard Tokens are easy-to-use devices allow to authenticate digital banking users. Neos Corporate uses FIDO2 Tokens as Hardware Tokens. It is an additional security measure (Two-Factor authentication) during Transaction processing.

15. What is a Soft Token?

-Soft Tokens are easy-to-use Applications which allow to authenticate digital banking users. Neos Corporate uses Google Authenticator as the Default Soft Token. It acts as an additional security measure (Two-Factor authentication) during Transaction processing. User is required to download from Mobile Play Store / App Store and Install the same.

16. How does a Bulk payments reflect in my statement?

-There are two types of Bulk Payments. One is Single Debit and the other is Multi Debit. If the upload type you are using is Single-Debit, the transaction will be captured to your account as a Single Debit Entry. If the upload type you are using is Multi-Debit, then the transactions will be captured to your account as Separate Debit Entries for each Payment.
