What You'll Need
- Copy of the National Identity Card (NIC)
- Sellers Letter (stating the selling price of land or residential property)/Sales agreement

- Bank statements for three months
Legal Documents
- Copies of the title deeds
- Copies of the plans
- Latest survey plan referred to in the Deed, approved by the Local Authority. If older than 10 years, a new survey plan is required (or a letter from the Local Authority)
- Certified original extracts of the property for the last 25 years (obtained no more than one month prior to application)
