What You'll Need
- Copy of the National Identity Card (NIC).
- Sellers Letter (stating the selling price of land or residential property)/Sales agreement.
- Employer letter (covering designation, salary, allowances, period of service).
- Latest salary slips.
- Bank statements for three months.
Legal Documents
- Copies of the title deeds.
- Copies of the plans.
- Latest survey plan referred to in the Deed, approved by the Local Authority. If older than 10 years, a new survey plan is required (or a letter from the Local Authority).
- Certified original extracts of the property for the last 25 years (obtained no more than one month prior to application).
- Local Authority certificates (Street line / Non-Vesting and Ownership certificates) issued within the last six months.
- Tax receipts/Assessment Notices.
In Case of Construction of a House
- Approved Building plan (or a letter from the Local Authority).
- Bill of quantities acceptable to the bank (for construction/extension).
