Key Features
- Maximum loan limit of up to LKR 4,500,000/-
- Available to anyone receiving a pension from the Department of Pensions and crediting a NDB Aachara Account (Savings/Current Account) in Sri Lanka
- Maximum repayment period of up to 15 years
- Life Insurance coverage for the borrower (in case of death, the loan will be settled in full by the insurer)
- No security requirements
What You'll Need
- Copy of the NIC / Passport / Pension ID / Driving Licence
- Valid document to verify the address
- Any other document requested by the bank
More Details
- Available to anyone receiving a pension from the Department of Pensions Sri Lanka and crediting the same to your NDB Aachara Account (savings/current account)
- Maximum age limit of 75 years at the maturity date of the loan
- Minimum monthly pension of Rs. 10,000/-
