General Eligibility

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Valid Identification:

    • National Identity Card (NIC)

    • Passport

    • Driver’s License

  • Needs to be an IBU Customer

  • NDB Shareek Charge Card Application

  • Letter of Setoff

  • Calling our 24/7 Customer Service Line at 011 744 8888

  • Using the NDB NEOS Mobile Banking app
