General Eligibility
Minimum Age: 18 years
Valid Identification:
• National Identity Card (NIC)
• Passport
• Driver’s License
If you are a Salaried Employee
Income Requirement: You must be permanently employed with a minimum gross monthly income of LKR 100,000.
Documents Required:
• Certified recent salary slips or a letter from your employer confirming your salary
• Proof of variable income for the past 3 months
• Proof of any fixed allowances
• Billing proof (if your current address is different from the one on your NIC)
If you are Self-Employed
Documents Required:
• Business Registration Certificate and supporting documents verifying the business type (e.g., sole proprietorship, partnership, or private limited company)
• Business current account statements for the past 6 months
• A letter from a certified auditor confirming your annual income for the last 2 years
• Tax returns and payment receipts for the most recent year
