Small & Micro Industries Leader and Entrepreneur Promotion Project II (SMILE II) provide financial facilities for - industries with the objective - of promoting the small and medium scale industries of the country
ELIGIBILITY:
Industrial manufacturing and service sub-sectors
Commercial buildings - to be set up with in the municipal and urban limits of Colombo & Gampaha - districts
are NOT eligible
Project size excluding land and buildings should not exceed Rs. 20 Mn
Loan Amount: Up to Rs. 10 Mn
Interest Rate: AWDR + 5%
Repayment Period: Up to a maximum of - 6 years including a grace period of 24 months.
